Delco started small—one determined founder, a handful of local properties, and a relentless commitment to doing right by people. In those early days, we were boots-on-ground problem solvers: answering maintenance calls at midnight, screening tenants over kitchen tables, and treating every home as if it were our own. Word spread not because we advertised, but because owners saw their investments thrive and tenants felt genuinely cared for.

That personal touch became our foundation. As we grew from managing apartments to commercial hubs, we never outsourced our core belief: properties flourish when humans come before spreadsheets. We invested in technology to streamline inspections and maintenance, but never lost our hands-on heart. Every new team member joined because they shared our obsession with integrity—not just transactions, but relationships.

Today, we’re honored to steward hundreds of properties across the region.  Our first lease agreement hangs framed not as a relic—but as a reminder.
